I'll implement these suggestions:<br /><br />Keep the ATS-friendly structure but add subtle design elements<br />Focus more on customizing CONTENT for each job<br />Create a second version for networking/direct outreach<br />Make sure achievements (not just responsibilities) stand out<br />Add a stronger positioning statement at the top<br /><br />@UXDesigner415 Your point about F-pattern scanning is really insightful - I'll reorganize to put key info where humans naturally look first.<br />Do you all think it's worth getting professional help from Resume Writing Lab or CraftResumes like some of you mentioned, or should I try these changes myself first?<br /></span></p>]]></content:encoded>
