Guys, I've been stuck in USAJOBS black hole for months — applying to GS-12/13 roles, but zero referrals. My resume is 5 pages of duties, but apparently that's not enough. Anyone used federal resume writing services that understand keywords, KSAs, and OPM rules? Worth $400–$800? Share experiences pls!
